However, we do have HR standards that take into account some articles of clothing that are typically considered unacceptable in most business environments. Working remote hasn't keep us apart. Every month, all employees join together for our monthly Town Hall virtual meeting. Colleagues have a chance to reconnect with one another, join in celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, hear company updates, and announcements. We also draw several lucky names to win some pretty awesome door prizes.
Community involvement is important to AMBA. Engaging in community service provides employees with the opportunity to become active members of the communities we serve. The goal of our community involvement is always to leave a positive impact wherever we go.
All employees have one paid day a year to use for community involvement with a local 501(c)(3) charity of their choice. Each quarter, employees submit their stories of community involvement and a winning charity receives a $1,000 donation in that employee's name.
